What we collect and why
We only collect data you give us, for clearly defined purposes:
- Contact form — your name, email, optional phone, subject and message, so we can respond to your enquiry.
- Ticket booking — your name, email and chosen visit date, so we can take payment and confirm your visit.
- Newsletter — your email address, only if you choose to sign up for updates.
Who processes your data
We use trusted providers to run the site. We never sell your data.
- Netlify — hosts the website and our contact form submissions.
- Stripe — processes ticket payments securely. We never see or store your full card details.
- Resend — sends booking confirmations and replies by email.
- Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is embedded from Google.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email help@perthshirezoo.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
