A Scottish charity zoo near Crieff

Discover Wildlife. Protect the Future.

Perthshire Zoo is a charity dedicated to caring for animals, protecting threatened species, and inspiring a lifelong love of nature.

This month’s featured species

One of Britain’s most endangered mammals.

Critically endangered in Scotland, the Scottish wildcat is one of our most important residents. Our Scottish Wildcat Project gives them a natural home — with viewing hides, education, and work to release wildcats back into the wild. Every visit and every gift helps us protect them.

Nestled within the beautiful Auchingarrich estate near Crieff, Perthshire Zoo is home to an extraordinary collection of animals from around the world. Every visit and every donation directly supports our mission as a registered Scottish charity: to protect species at risk, deliver exceptional animal care, and inspire people to care about the natural world.

Scotland’s first

Red Squirrel Hospital
